our recent stay in puerto del carmen definitely surpassed our expectations. riviera park apartamento 2a was everything we could have asked for and more. the apartment was immaculate, well-equipped, and had a breathtaking balcony with stunning views. the hosts couldn't have been more welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

Slight inconvenience with the wifi.

The location of the hotel is just off the main strip so it was nice and quite but close to main action. The apartments were spacious and had good facilities. We especially enjoyed the privacy of our large pool facing balcony. Cleaned every day. Very happy. Also it is a very secure complex.

marvellous location very close to the beach and bars/restaurants, the see shore, and what a glorious island, with generous and kind people, and the room was huge. guests could use kitchen here, though i didn't cook.

The pool side bar only opened one or two days in the week but maybe it was because it is a quiet time of year.

Absolute luxury! I stayed at Riviera Park and was greeted by Nuria, who was friendly and helpful. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped. Great location, close to the airport, supermarket, beach, shops. Peaceful surroundings with a private terrace and beautiful pool. Safe and secure. Highly recommend!

Excellent swimming pool and apartment very spacious

We stayed here for 7 good nights. We had the apartment which was large and huge.

The bathroom here was tiny.

The airy, large room with a fabulous balcony was perfect for enjoying the views. The apartment's washing machine was very convenient. The location was great, with easy access to taxis, bars, restaurants, and the sea shore. The proximity to El Barranquillo, just a 10-minute walk away, was fantastic. it was an absolutely amazing stay during the school October holidays.

Riviera Park is very clean, spacious and very quiet. It is very secure with locked gates to the street so nobody can access unauthorised. The staff are very helpful & courteous.

If you arrive late in the evening/nightime reception will be closed & you need to ensure the security man knows you are arriving & is around to give you your keys.

We had an amazing stay at Riviera Park Apartamento 2A. the place was spotlessly clean and in a great location. the gated apartments provided a nice and quiet atmosphere. the owner was very helpful and even arranged for our luggage to be safely stored on our last day. We were pleasantly surprised to receive welcome gifts of fruit, water, and a bottle of fizz. the communication from the owner was excellent throughout our stay. We are already planning our next trip back to this fantastic place. 😊.

Excellent location, staff very friendly, apartments were clean, spacious well equiped with a full kitchen including a washing machine and air conditioning. Pool area clean and pool bar on site. In response to an earlier comment, the safety deposit boxes are charged at 12 euro per week with no deposit required, great value. All round excellent accomodation and I would recommend these to anyone looking for quality self catering accomodation in an ideal location.

It is ideally located very quiet at night time. Very short walk to the main street.

The apartments could do with a freshening up as they are starting to look unkempt. A new paint job and some lamps in the living area would be nice. One thing that is a must is black out curtains in the bedrooms as the curtains that they have are very light and do not bock out the early sunshine
